ASYST electronic is located in suburbs of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The privately held company was founded in 1992 by Iztok Hudoklin and Helmut Kindermann. The initial staff of three people grew dynamically along with sales and product diversity. In 2008 Asyst electronic and iSystem became sister companies with one common goal: Provide the best solutions for software development and test.
